ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

 

IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my registration and the benefits of my participation in

Cars @ The Patio, I understand that my automobile(s) and I may be photographed or filmed during the event and agree to allow DriveBoatRide, sponsors, and affiliates to use any photograph, video images, or film likeness of me or my automobile(s)/motorcycle(s) for any legitimate purpose, including without limitation publication, and program inclusion, now and in the future, without financial compensation to me.

I understand that participation is completely my choice, and I choose to participate for my own personal benefit. I am fully aware of the risks involved with participation, and I expressly, voluntarily, and willingly assume full responsibility for all risks and dangers associated with such participation, including, but not limited to, risk of bodily injury (including permanent disability or death) or property damage arising out of my participation, howsoever caused, and I accept personal responsibility for the damages arising from any such injury or property damage and hold the Released parties harmless there from including any risk associated with Covid-19. I understand the risks of gathering with large crowds and hold harmless Allweatherpatio, their owners, staff, and employees.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO sue Allweatherpatio,

or its affiliates, divisions, assigns, successors in interest, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officers, trustees, and directors, past and present, and each of them (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in any manner related to my

participation in Cars @ The Patio including any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or my personal property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

 

No burn-outs, alcohol, illegal substances, racing or reckless driving, or behavior will be permitted

or allowed at this event. If you see an unsafe condition or notice any type of problem or potential

problem, notify event staff immediately.

 

I have carefully read this Agreement, and my submission acknowledges that I fully understand its content and meaning. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Agreement, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
